I also just created a new event in the "Networking Events" page, since I noticed this thread was ongoing from the May/June meeting.

If you are new or seasoned to Real Estate Investing, and are interested in investing in the Northland, this is THE group to join! It will be a casual, once a month meeting, on a Saturday, at a local coffee shop or occasionally at a flip I'm working on. There will be guest speakers from time to time, including agents, appraisers, inspectors, insurance agents, etc. to help us make better decisions when investing. Please feel free to bring any deals, wholesale or otherwise.

I just updated the the Meetup website with new location for July's meeting.  We will be meeting at a flip I'm working on.  We should be 99% finished with the flip by the July 9th meeting.  Please see the meetup website for the updated address.

@Ronda R. - The next meeting will be July 9th from 9am until we finish.  I haven't decided on a place to meet yet.  I'm kicking around the idea of meeting at one of my flips.  It should almost be finished, or just completed.  If not there, some other place that is air conditioned and room for us to chat without bothering others.
