Let me clarify for a moment, I know that this is a great time to invest. I'm asking people who have been in the game a long time how REI has changed over the years for them.

For example 15 years ago where investors going crazy over sub2 deals, etc.

Hello everyone I have a question for the guys and gals who have been in the REI game for a long time. People are suggesting that this is probably one of the best markets to invest in now because of the housing situations.

My question for the longtime investor is how much did your investing strategies change because of the market. I know this is a fantastic time to invest, but I feel when you buy right regardless of the economy a deal is a deal.

For example I know that this is a great time to buy and hold. When the market picks up and people begin to buy houses a lot more then its time to sell.

thanks

I have lonnie's book which is good, but I've noticed that it's hard to find MH selling for 3-5 K and more like 25K. For that much you could purchase a SFH.

Hey Scott, I'm not investing right now in Philly but I would like to move my investments ideals into the city due to the amount of deals there. As of now I leave outside the city and primarily focus on investing in Chester County.

Another area with high taxes but if you buy right it makes it bearable. Best of luck and keep in touch if I ever come across anything I'll forward it to you.

Good luck scott keep ur eyes open for reo in bucks co. I imagine property values are high where u live due to that general area being rather nice.

Imho U should look for rentals in bristol or croydon somewhat closer then w. Philly.
Good luck with everything

Has anyone ever used the Primo Coach mentoring program material? If so can you comment on the material, and if it was overall a good experience. Thanks
