The .40 one of the best all around type of round you can carry. Most law enforcement use the .40, I believe.

I recommend a Glock 23, its a sub compact of the .40. It's a great gun to shoot and is real popular with the combat shooting scene. Incidentally the most popular gun on the scene is probably a tricked out 1911.

Mike you also bring up some good points about gun fights, in that they happen real close and only usually last less then 10 seconds.

Mike if I were carry a jacketed hollow round for the .40, its great for self defense.

Is it possible or legal to wholesale a subject2 deal to an investor, where the investor will make current the loan and taxes then will be deeded the property in return minus the wholesale fee. Thank you

Hey Michael, I actually bought the course of Ebay through Eric.

There is a lot of material included and Eric is very straight forward with his "style". The material is all meat and potatoes and no fluff really.

I think the course is a good primer for someone getting into wholesaling, and Eric responds to emails promptly. Hope this helps and good luck.

Hello everyone has anyone used a phone number from Vumber? I was thinking of purchasing a "virtual number" with my local area phone code. I will have the number forwarded to my cell phone so I can take calls or have the voice mail pick it up. Let me know everyone, thanks.

Hello everyone, I just got a call from tenant and they said the water level in the toilet (where the valve is) has dropped and is not filling up properly. Thanks

That actually makes a lot sense, I'm going to get my mailing campaign ready, thanks.

Hey Richard, I'm actually doing what you mentioned, i just got the expired MLS listing from my realtor.

One question for you though have you gotten any nasty phone calls from angry realtors calling you about contacting their clients? Thanks

Hey Mike thanks for the great reply. I have a list of the expired MLS listings, so I'm going to start to mail them letters, each month and see what happens.

Do you think there is anything else i can do to better my chances of getting a property locked up? Thanks again

Sorry Ralph for the confusion. First let me clarify in that I'm not a Realtor.

I want to mail the owners of the homes whose listings have expired in that maybe I can wholesale and/or sub 2 the home if we can meet on the price.
