How do the developers here gather data for a potential project. I know location is important, but what other date or trends are you looking for with regards to a deal. Thanks Roc

Hi Steve, was this the sub group for MontCo? Thanks

Thanks Karen, let me ask you one question that may help the forum. How do you go about to gauge interest in a project to make sure it's worthwhile. Thanks Roc

Sorry about that Karen, will update my info, I'm usually a lurker but I really want to get into development and new construction.

Is there any info you could give to someone looking to build a small medical office. I know that I would have to contact local lenders and see who would like to lend on a project like this.

What type of exit strategy do you have with medical offices, is it better to lease space or try to sell the building outright to a doctor or hospital who can use it as a satalite office.

Great stuff Karen as usual! Funny I just heard a broker at my local REIA mention that medical offices are a great investment due to population shift and other factors. Rocco

Hi Paul, I'm looking to rent the space as office. I think the location would be perfect for a military recruiter or a satellite office due to the small space. Again what I want and what I need are 2 different things though.

I will defiantly contact the local GSA office Monday and see what type of demand there is for what I'm offering. Thanks everyone. Roc

Hi Paul, I'm looking to land a federal tenant for a 900 sq ft store front in a rural area. The unit is zoned commercial, and I pay some of the utilities.

How difficult is the process to land a government tenant after the necessary paperwork is filled out. Also how does ADA come into play, the property is grandfathered because its in its original use. Thanks Rocco
