The truth is Josh is that he is setting up the next element of the Russian system of government. He is basically mimicking the Chinese's system of government in that it is a capitalist form of system but authoritative in measures but a la capitalisms in mind.

Wow this is probably the best information I've seen on this subject.
On a side note is mobile home park investing, i.e. purchasing one, for the experienced investor or can someone with less experience be able to invest as well? Thanks

Wow thats a great website John, thanks for the heads up.
Congrats man.
Thanks John for clarifying that. I've been reading online and it seems that you can start to wholesale without a lot of cash, is there any merit to this? Thanks
Is wholesaling and bird dogging the same thing? I see the terms thrown around all the time and read the bird dog FAQ thread, which from the sounds of it sound like the same exact thing. Thanks

Hello everyone I've been reading Deals on Wheels by Lonnie Scruggs which I think is a good read, but I was wondering how relevant the information is now due to the current market?
Plus I've noticed a lot of mobile homes running into 20,000 range and not 5k range. Has anyone else seen this or maybe it's my area alone. Thanks
I just went to my first REO auction where I just sat in on the event to get a feel for the whole process. Overall the whole process was a not as hectic as I thought it would be and only took 15 minutes. The Marshall explained about the 10% needed down plus all the liens would have to be paid up, etc.
The whole thing felt like a game of poker the only difference being you can't bluff the 10% down.
