I am testing out agentpro247, so far not feeling good about it.  I pulled 2-4 Unit addresses in FULTON County, GA and got a lot of single family homes mixed into list.

Yes, I agree.  I am starting to market for my next property.  I like the option of closing on the property and reselling it.  That seems to be a more viable option.
