@Matt Honeyford dang I have the opposite problem. I’m getting deals but no funding so I’m fixed to wholesale them. I’d much rather BRRRR.

Howdy folks,
I’m a new wholesaler mainly doing pre foreclosures but now I’m getting probate leads. I live in San Antonio and would love to ask some questions and possibly JV.
Thanks in advance!

Grant isn’t teaching much new stuff. He just hoots and hollers and gets more attention than real self help gurus like Zig & Rohn. I agree with most that Grant’s books are good but like smart people say. You won’t get Rich buying these sales programs but you may get selling them!

I went to this seminar this past weekend. Fortunately for me I didn’t pay the $2,000 price for the scam. They allow everyone to bring their spouse or “business partner “ as a guest. They’re motive is so you can put your cash & credit together for the $45,000 upsell!
Seriously this seminar teaches only the basics anyone can learn by reading a book or going online. They teach driving for dollars, putting out bandit signs and wth, getting deals from realtors.
The young speaker was full of it. He tried to tell us he became a millionaire in 11 months with the program in his early twenties. But actually he is just a fast talking salesman. We caught him in lies several times.
Half the weekend was making us feel guilty for not investing in ourselves (Grant Cardone) and promising we will be able to travel the world while checks keep coming in the mail.
I knew it was a rip off when at the end of day 1 everyone’s assignment is to call your banks and creditors to extent your credit! WTH
Oh and about the funding, you’re only eligible if you have a 700 Credit score.
Total bs total scam!
Stay away unless you like wasting money.

Dave got in way over his head and went through a humiliating bankruptcy and now has an eternal grudge against lenders i. e. credit card companies. He wants you do avoid credit or else he gets his feelings hurt. Dave’s plan is definitely targeted towards not so sophisticated low income earners who he can talk down to.

Howdy folks,
I’m starting my wholesaling business in 2018. I hear different opinions here on BP.
Some folks say a license is a waste of time and money. And then I see people talking down about “unlicensed brokers”. So I would like people to give me reasons why yes or no please. Thanks in advance y’all!

Hi guys. I'm new and yet to get a wholesale deal. But while driving for dollars I've found a few vacant lots where a house once was. I suppose the house burned down or something. I'm curious do these sell well or should I stick to looking for houses.
