In addition to our standing agenda, we're pleased to welcome guest speaker Christopher Suh, Real Estate Broker and Owner of Dot Realty, Dot Property Management and OutYard Invest, LLC.
Christopher is a licensed real estate professional and an active investor. He'll be speaking to the group on finding local multi-unit deals, turning troubled properties around, increasing their value and managing them afterwards. Christopher invests locally and out of state and will also speak on Out-of-State Buy and Holds with High Returns.
