I'd definitely say go for it.  As an earlier poster stated, in 20 years you'll be glad you started when you did. 

I live in Greensboro NC but have several properties in the Onslow county area.  Wish I could make the meeting.  I'm usually there on the weekends.  I'll keep a lookout for anything you guys do on then.  Good luck with the meet up.

Reid L. What are you finding as your biggest challenges.  We're investing in a beach town and the cost of land in desirable locations continues to rise.  We are investing in 2 counties about 2 miles from the ocean.

Hello just to introduce myself. Rudolph Shepard and I'm interested in looking at mobile homes.  Any leads would be greatly appreciated.  Most of my investing is at the coast, a couple in the Greensboro, NC area.

Great post.  I'm also a big fan of MHs. MHs on land.  We currently 4 have rented and another in process.  Would like to hear from more investors of like mind.

My wife and I have 2 houses and 4 MHs.  All on land.  The MHs all cash flow between $500 - $650.00.  Our plan is to do at least 8 more of these deals in the next 4 years.  Is there anyone out there who's doing the buy and hold of mobiles with upwards of 10 units.  I'd like to discuss management techniques and or issues. 

Great episode.  Good to hear about the mistakes as well as the successes.  Never thought of wholesaling in the manner.
