I just googled 500k challenge to go purchase it.  It's not a scheme, it does work.  I have friends in different facebook groups who have raised a lot of money with it.  I know Bill, and he is a legit dude and a very successful real estate investor.  I plan to start the challenge soon and will let you know if I raise any funds.
