@Tammy Skeath have you listened to the podcast with Dr Joe? He is in D.C. and he rents to section 8 tenants, and tries to maximize bedrooms for max rent. I truly believe that to be a killer strategy, so maybe you can keep that in the back of your mind while you are rehabbing it.

@Russell Brazil thanks for the sage words. I’m new to all this but luckily we have some reserves and luckily, about half of my 8 tenants get govt cheddar every month. I actually took a buyout and April 15 is my last day. Of course I signed the deal way before the sky fell, that was when only the sky at my work was falling. I have no choice but to make it through all of this. Luckily I am in the Guard, so if the going gets tough enough, I will just go overseas.

@Ken Boone anyone military has been told to not travel outside the local area. My sisters family was supposed to leave for Florida tomorrow and we just received a memo from our commander that we are to stay in the local area.
