@Raman Saka I agree, I don’t think wholesaling is stealing equity either though. I think anyone, wether it’s a realtor, wholesaler, flipper, buy and hold could all rip someone off, or they could also make a fair deal that both parties agree on.

@Anish Tolia this is exactly what I was thinking. There are folks out there that are in positions that wholesalers find through marketing. If they received a post card from a realtor, perhaps they would call them instead.

@Mary Mitchell so is buying the same house in order to flip it unethical and stealing equity as well?

@Robert Abasolo it’s not jarring, it’s integrity. Sounds like a solid deal. Good work.

@Logan Merrick agreed, they use that surewall junk to hide issues. My dad has been a brick layer for 45 years, I also worked for him for several years. Let me know if you ever have questions.

@Logan Merrick what is the foundation? Sounds like maybe it’s brick if it’s bowing on all sides. If you can get it next to nothing it could be a deal. A lot of it also depends on the area. If it is brick, it may need to be raised/shored, and have a block foundation to restrengthen.
