@Kasay Mardis I found that pets can be a deal breaker. Not sure if that is slowing you down or not. We allow one 50lb dog, or a combo of 2 dogs up to 50 total. When people were looking at it they would say “it’s so hard to find a place this nice that takes dogs”.

@Joshua Norwood good luck. I have been shot down many times! I even wanted to buy a 4 plex and live in two of the units and it was a no go.

@Remington Lyman my wife deals with my tenants, they could pay me triple rent and if they talked to her like they did you you, it would be on like donkey Kong.
