I have already  got this property in escrow however however looking for some comments from potential investors and possibly a partner to join me .

My first one i opened 8 years ago now have 4 and this one will make number 5 in Germany

you are right  i have not been on bp for some time  and some things that 99% number i only use that from my experience . The only thing that i was trying to say is that yes it is possible and yes i not only have done that but much better ,but at the same time saying and indicating that it is not as easy as it looks ,and one must be ready to put in a lot of time and effort.

love both of your comments and it sounds like you both think its easy to become rich 

which is what  i undertook we are talking about well if either or both of you believe its easy ,than i think you both should go smoke something or the rest of the people are all wrong as most people that i communicate with think it is hard  and very time consuming to create wealth

Invest    300 hundred thousand  get a return of 8% the third year  10% 4 th  and 5 th 

year  6th year on 25%  and  the 300 thousand  invested will now have a value 

of  1 million dollars plus.

My self i was living in a 5500Sq.ft penthouse 8 years ago than went down to 250Sq.ft

above a closed carwash here we are 7 years later just sold the wash for over 4 million and bought two more buildings in Germany to convert to self storage safebox-selfstorage

and well on my way back to 5500Sq. ft.  ingredients  HARD WORK, DRIVE ,DESIRE,WILLPOWER, HAVING A GOAL  yes yes yes  good luck my friend

Thank you for your thoughts,and i agree with both of you it is possible  however you both are talking about a specific time and a specific place and a lot of work FULL TIME work . 

To say that this is easy or that it is possible all the time ,that goes back to 2006 when the real estate experts (ha ha ha ) became rich in two years some in less time  and talked about 

it like this was for real . It was not at that time and you both talk like it is easy ....

Tell the investor about the problems tenants like the once  that don't pay for six months and ruin your house at the same time as these houses you both are talking about are not in beverly hills or san francisco or new york .

Is it possible yes you are both right ( but read between the lines as i have for years )

I just feel like that instant 4K return on a 150K capitol is like trying to get some one to believe that they can buy a new Ferrari  for 150K and in most cases 99% that is not true  and than 1 ,2 or 5 years later the public has to hear how some scam artist took advantage 

of some poor sole

As far as experience i have done investing all my life never had a snoozy job regular income like  so before you say anything ask questions

No Joe let me be clear first she has been receiving  about 8 percent cash back from the beginning of the 3rd year ,and from the 4th  year 10 %plus  and it looks like the 8th year around 25k per year . my investor never seen the property other than pictures but it is doing very well more secure that any other investment i know of self storage in Germany .

Today there are only 150 self storage in Germany when we started there were only 35  out of the 150 we know have 3 and are in contract with two more in 2016
