probably just an  error  as you just had it approved take the approved papers with you to escrow

If you are 80 years old cash out otherwise you seem to know the options pretty well

Self storage 

the small  ones are easy to manage but once you get to 300 to 500 units  you are better off getting into a bigger one as it cost the same to manage 400 than it cost to manage 800

cause it will take more capitol, i now have three in Germany safebox-selfstorage and the smallest has 703 units and the largest is 1240 and the cost to operate is the same the tax maybe a little higher but operating cost about the same 

I have built and converted self storage in California and Nevada  and Germany 

today we have 3 safebox-selfstorage in Germany and i still have an interest in one in Nevada difficulty for getting financing very hard especially in the early stages today because we now have more experience slightly better (4) as for the funding i funded most of it of the first three in Germany along with two other investors

I just keep coming back and yes self storage in Germany very SAFE SECURE and a  GREAT RETURN

Take another look yes stock market but it has been on a terror  for to long 

SELF STORAGE  extremely secure  and great cash flow i am sorry but not as liquid 

at the drop of a dime but boy the cash flow and the appreciation in property value

that we are getting at safebox-selfstorage.gmbh is like heaven send  and the main reason 

is cause self storage is so diversified

are you crazy i have been in the real estate business for 45 years some one wants to pay me 1 year up front go kiss the tenant   and say thank you and god bless you  i wish i had 6 more tenants like you

Set your goal and stick with it do not get sidetracked  and you will become as successful 

as you want its all i your head  unlike you i never worked for a big company but set my goal and never looked back and what a ride it has been and what a ride i am still on .
