Yeah, I'm not getting a lot of responses these days, and I also heard that supply is low, which explains it. What are you looking for SFRs?

I'm new to REI as well and based out of Boca. Looking to wholesale and fix & flip SFR and small multiunits.

@Mitch White, Welcome to BP. I know it's been a couple of months since you posted this, did you get your hands on something since then? I'm actively working on it.

@Michael Jablon, Congrats on your MBA. What are you looking to invest in? 

@Luis E Cure, Were you able to find a good GC that you worked with? I ran across one in WPB but did not work with them. I am considering getting a quote from them when I land my next rehab.

I am in Florida and I know it's a good market here, but I also hear that Tennessee and the Carolinas are great places for rental investments.

I'm just north of you, in Boca Raton. I'm new to REI as well and starting off with wholesaling and flipping houses. I'm sure being a realtor and having worked as a property manager gives you a lot of experience.

Where in South Florida are you? I'm in Boca. I ran into the same problem, and have recently seen someone who set a 5-year plan and it helped him exceed his expectations. I second what the two gentlemen mentioned, and I am myself creating this plan this week. You're a step ahead already with your cash flowing condo. Good for you!
