 This is news to me. I guess older houses just have less bathrooms then, that was easy

I am not sure who this will reach (hopefully more than just OH and KY, but I have found out it is uncommon for there to be 1ba in a SFH with 3, sometimes even 2 bedrooms. Is this just midwest thing? For there to be a SFH with like 3bd/1ba, it is pretty common.

People from OOS, let me know if this is odd to you, or normal where you are

I see a lot of OOS investors mention this, especially in OH markets, but yes it is very common in OH/KY
