@Megan Driscoll Only 10K invested? I'd like to dig into that a little more. Where in Cincinnati? Hoc much are your renting the other side for? Give us more, give us more!

FHA loan, he said it is owner occupied. How is this property going? I remember seeing this and I had past on it @Megan Driscoll to send to clients!

@Anton Tikhomirov

Hi Anton, Cincinnati is primarily a cash flowing market but there is an area or 2 where it can cash flow, and it is nicer so the appreciation aspect is present!

Hi @Maria Del Mar Montano

I am an agent in Cincinnati and would like to connect! I don't have my own investment just yet, nor do I think I am in the means to be someones mentor but I defiantly think we can learn from each other by connecting! I just sent you a request!

@Damian Callaghan

From what I can see, you are just looking in the wrong places. OOS investing may be better for you. That is why so many people look in OH and the midwest as a whole

@Christina V.

Hi Chiayu, have you looked into the midwest? Specifically OH? Lower pricecs, cash flow, landlord friendly, etc.

Let me know if you are interested in this market and I should be able to point you in the right direction?

Are you just looking to househack? Or are you open to buying OOS?

 both lol

 Got it! Maybe I can interest you in the Cincinnati market? Cash flowing properties exist, appreciation friendly in some areas, landlord friendly, etc! Could be a great market for you Mario!

no thanks, i never been and i did some research and not much growth prospect there.
I would argue against that! I feel like I don't often see vacancy in Cincinnati. Popular area with jobs a plenty. Maybe not anything huge (besides the facility in NKY for amazon that will make thousands of jobs), but jobs are here!

@Megan Sullivan

Consider OH! Low price points, cash flow, and 3 cities to choose from. Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. DM me if you are interested!
