@Andrew Caldieraro I would speak to the broker first and give them feedback and maybe even show them your underwriting and how you ended up with your offer. If your able to talk through it they shouldn't get offended.

Looking for feedback from those in the Charlotte MSA.

I will be starting a real estate multifamily syndication meetup.

Feedback I am looking for:

1. Monthly or Bi-Monthly

2. Location You think is Best

3. Time of Day/Night

4. Best Day of the Week

5. Topics you want covered in regards to multifamily

This will start in roughly March/April of 2019!

@Maxwell Milholland go on apartments.com or whatever is popular for rentals in your area. Do a 1,3, and 5 mile radius to check comparable. If you adding value to the property compare assets that you trying to get yours to be similar with.

@Jake Randolph I wish there was a short answer and fast track for you but there isn't. Go to events and local meetups is a great way to start growing a base of investors and connections.

@Kenneth Kussman I suggest getting clear on exactly what area of RE you want to invest in. From there you can find events, coaches, webinars, local events, etc to join or be apart of.
