That project pre-sold in July for above list price. Our brand as a boutique homebuilder is very strong in the Arcadia Lite neighborhood, due to 11 active projects within a 1.5 mile radius. Also, in 2016 we have already completed 2 homes on the same block; both sold for above original list price. Comparable sales data available upon request.
