Brandon Turner yup, I got a $60,000 home equity line of credit to cover living and marketing expenses for up to 1 year. I am rolling the dice :)

Brandon Turner the folks I get my appraisal work from are very entrenched, all with 25+ years experience, so there volume has been level. For residential appraisers I hear business is booming because mortgage rates are so low. I am sure as the market starts to improve a search for REI will become more popular.

Also, after next week I will no longer be appraising so I can focus on building my wholesaling business :)

Brandon Turner Looks like it coincided with the market. When the market is hot more average people will consider investing... when the market is down and full of fear the average person without experience wouldn't consider REI

Sadly there was no response to this thread... I would love to hear how people reach out to attorneys. My instinct would be a professional letter followed up with a phone call.
