@Marcus Blalock  Thanks for responding to my post!  I actually know Bob over at FMC Lending and unfortunately their residential program is only for CA currently.  I appreciate the recommendation.

@Desmond Stoll  That would definitely be a good option if you did MD.  Do you know of any affiliates or referrals that might offer something similar?  Any chance in considering MD in the near future?
