@Phil Ferranto I might be able to work something out here where we incorporate a small amount of rehab with these properties. This would allow us to offer 90% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab with rates starting at 7%. This would allow you to limit your out of pocket and then perform your refinance in 6 months using the appraised value. Let me know if you would like to discuss further.
