Hi Syman, BRRRR Invest Academy is not affiliated with Bigger Pockets and I don't believe anyone owns the rights to BRRRR acronym, but I think Brandon Turner made it famous.
I'm in the program and the gold mine is in the network of other investors and the constant action from Nate and Jiries to continue teaching beyond what is in the course material. Nate and Jiries teaches how to capitalize on BRRRR, but they're constantly doing live feeds to answer questions for students, it's like you're constantly learning through case studies. I think it was worth every penny.
Hi Lena, how much was the course?

I have been a member of the BRRRR Invest Academy since the beginning.
Nate Barger is the real deal for sure. This is unlike any other course or group out there and I have been in several. It is NOT a 'pay your money, here's your course and see you later' situation.
This is a group of likeminded individuals that are all working towards the same goal and are happy to help each other grow and make it too. Nate is routinely active in the chats answering questions and adding content. He just hosted a get-together - a Family Reunion - where we took a deep dive into various aspects of BRRRR, how to source deals and a look at how he is rehabbing the hotel we were at that he owns. He has opened his doors up to us before to his personal house and cares about people actually making it.
I got my first BRRRR property completed last year as a direct result of me being in the Academy. Highly recommend it!!
I'm actually about to sit in on a call with the BIA to talk about the program. I'm headed to St Augustine/Jax area in about 3 weeks after my military retirement. How is the local BIA presence? Do you all have any in-person meet ups?

Congrats to you on your retirement! 🎉🫡
I wish you all the best as you start a new chapter!
Hey did you finish and complete the course and how was it?

Hi @Mark Munson!
Thank you for your reply. I would love to chat sometime with you regarding OPM and scaling. I do agree, a local mentor would be ideal, but haven't had success in finding one. However, I haven't been super active in our local REIA either, so that is where I need to start. I'm still considering Jake's program, but will check locally first.
Hi mark, would you mind chatting with me regarding lending from PML / HML? I'm looking to purchase my first fix and flip and would like to know more information and red flags to avoid when trying to do with business with lenders

I found it to be rudimentary material that you can find anywhere. I thought the qualities of the videos was very poor. It also takes around 20 or more hours per week to just complete the material which is notably higher than what it’s advertised as (5-10). Overall, I’m really disappointed with it. I believe it is a scam just trying to get your money. Better to make connections on here or a local real estate group.
WOW! Thank you for this review. I’m literally scheduled to chat with a mentor (partner investor) here soon and my gut has caused me to have hesitation but i didn’t want my fear of doing to be confused with my discernment. May I ask how much you paid?

@Jisoon Park What is it that you are curious about? Are you thinking about joining? I can spend a few minutes on the phone with you and give you enough info to get started. Now it comes down to implementation and grit on your part. Shoot me a message if you want to chat.
Hi Bobby, do you mind if I message you about the fix and flip strategy?

I don’t see what a $10k flip program could teach you that is not already here or on YouTube
I cannot comment on this course but there is no reason to pay anyone to learn how to use opm.
You either get private lending which is based on deal (and experience) or use your own funds
I agree it's just that I haven't been able to find a fairly priced course for beginners like myself to jump into that details how to get started in fix and flip strategy or the BRRRR method strategy so when i was baited into the Jake fix program through ads on IG i was very interested. Are there any courses or mentors you could suggest from the success of others?
