Hey @Jesse Canady I'm a pretty active wholesaler/investor in Fayetteville, NC. I just retired from Fort Bragg so now I'm full time real estate. :)

I have 23 units in Fayetteville, NC and I couldn't be happier with how things are going. Fayetteville is probably one of the most stable markets mainly because of Ft. Bragg. Fortune Magazine actually labeled this market 2nd in the country to invest in during a pandemic. I made this post on FB a while back.

I'm going to attend this one for sure. I'd like to use some of the skills I've learn from wholesaling in Fayetteville, NC and apply that to larger deals like self storage. Also, Dan is great.

Most of the more creative investors go with Harry Marsh. I close at least five Fayetteville, NC wholesale deals with him each month and his team is way better than any other firm. Hope this helps.

From my understanding PropStream can pull MLS data in Texas. Pretty sure I've seen that one of their videos.
Don't move. Fayetteville needs your expertise.

Hey @Zachary Rymarcsuk! I'm an active investor in Fayetteville, NC as well. I got kind of lucky because my PM also has lawncare biz so I've never had to worry about this. If the tenant does not cut the grass he'll do it and charge the tenant. For all my MF he just takes care of it for me.
