Thank you all for the quick responses.  Sounds like I am making an appt with an attorney because as you all stated, I do not want to make the mistake of leaving anything up for questions later.  I suppose I had hoped to find an agreement that already covered everything.

How do you confirm their insurance and bond information?  This is a local contractor - small business.  Or do I need to check this since it is so minor?
