@Eric Gardiner, me too.  I graduated in Dec 2006.  Very fond memories at USU.

Welcome and great start.  I got my start by buying foreclosed homes, renovating them, living in them for at least two years and then selling them.  I would roll all gains into the next home.  It was awesome!  Now, I own an investment firm with notes, rentals, flips, and a commercial fund.  It's a great way to live a meaningful life.
