land entitlement is a great move in florida. just gotta have deep pockets to play! I just paid my attorney 15k today in just fees for 4 entitlement contract red lines and we arnt even under contract yet! 

 we are using REsimpli for our CRM and they can pull data etc. its pretty much a one stop shop for running an investment firm/renovating/wholesaling. If you use the promo code "marley" its 50% off for the first month. definitely has been an upgrade for us from switching from Salesforce, trello, podio,etc 

Sold one SFH rental with 170k in equity, holding all MF, and still wholesaling/wholetailing. Just finished one flip which will be listed next week. Keeping rentals owned free and clear until I have a better picture of what the potential recession in Orlando/Florida is going to look like.
