LOL dont listen to that troll above me. I don't think national averages are going to help you, and I feel like your going to just have to use your own numbers. Just make sure you keep track of everything. A simple excel spreadsheet will do for now.

@Ruby Ruiz

Biggerpockets has a stimage with wholesalers. But for real if a wholesaler is bringing you good deals and solving sellers problems, what does it matter?

I love wholesaling houses. I have probably sold 500 or so in the last 13 years. That being said, I also understand renovating/building/landlording better than most "investors" "taking all the risk"

LOL. We spend 10k-25kmo on acquisition for off market deals every month so I don't know where everyone got this idea that wholesaling is some "no money needed, fake contract and escrow,lie filled scandal" haha I mean honestly I'd like to know who else is spending 250k/year on marketing. My clients are THANKFUL for the deals we bring them. Good lucking buying off the MLS in my market or finding an "investor friendly realtor that can do the same thing but better"

I would honestly say I know just as many bad realtors, title agents, and lenders but they all get a free pass on BP.

@Sedrick King if you're willing to full time cold call leads with our team and learn how to be a player in the game, I'd be happy to talk. I've been providing my team with tons of leads but need people willing to pick up the phones and call sellers. I have the capital to close on pretty much every deal and wholesaling is only one of our exit strategies. We consider our branch an "off market division" not just a wholesale shop. If we buy land and we like it: we build on it. If we buy a rental we like: we keep it in our portfolio, etc etc. I just need hustlers willing to call and handle the phones.

Great marketing, poor software. Better off using a mix of like mapdriven with a good CRM and skip trace company and separate mailer company. Happy to send recs in my DM

gobigmailers.com actually has a prewritten seller finance offer. IF you decide you want to purchase from them let me know and I'll see if I can get you a better rate per mailer because we send thousands of letters every month with them

Hey @Sedrick King Welcome back to Florida! We wholesale in Orlando, do you plan on getting your license here? It would probably help you along your journey in real estate in Florida.

LOL Steve Morris just hates wholesalers apparently.

Text blasting is tough. I have found the best way to get responses is to keep it simple such as "Hey, is this (insert name)?" to start the conversation.
