Great feedback David! Thank you! If an agent doesn't have much experience working with an investor, how willing are they to put confidence in an agent that hasn't worked with one? Especially if they are knowledgeable in their market?

What kind of qualities do investors look for when choosing a real estate agent they want to work with to buy and sell their rehabs/flips?  I would think it would be important for the agent to be well-versed in REOs and short sales, but lately that doesn't seem to make a difference.  I know that the agent's marketing stradegy would play a big role in deciding on an agent they would like, but what specifically within the marketing strategy appeals to investors? What other factors do they consider when choosing an agent?

I would love to see the work you guys have done!! I grew up and work in Downers Grove, so I'm very familiar with DG and the surrounding areas like Westmont, Willowbrook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills, etc.  I'm also familiar with Lemont as well.

What's the name of the investment company you work with?

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with Baird & Warner in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I worked alongside foreclosures and short sales for 2 years before becoming licensed with Baird & Warner.  I'm looking to partner up with an investor needing a real estate agent to buy and sell their home investments.
