That’s a really broad question. I think the best answer might be to start with an area or plan that you like ... there’s 1000 ways to skin the cat. What amount of work do you want to do? Single family only? No septic? 3 bedrooms or more ... only 1500 sq ft or more ... or less. There is a local meet up coming up next week. Hit up @Justin Eaton for details. If I can help reach out. I use PerfectStorm. It offers CRM, texting service, e-mail, drips, text and e-mail video, a website, etc. It does what I need it to do.

@Mayer M. @David Simon Pitman, National Park, Gibbstown, Clarksboro, and some others could offer 4-bed homes ...  B-C neighborhoods will have some of these, however they usually need massive work, can be 100 years old, etc.
