Basically the price point. Right now I'm looking for cash flow so the prices of the house is appealing to me. I was thinking of renting to a housing voucher tenant to guarantee most if not all the rent. Your thoughts?

Hello BP. It's been a while since I post. I recently became aware of an area in Pennsylvania. Johnstown PA. I notice that the price points are low. Is there any reason for this?  What have been your experiences in investing there. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to refinance because of that reason. I was hoping to use the heloc cash to get in a deal, then eventually refinance out to pay off the loc. But it is hard to find a bank that does Investment properties 

Good morning. I have a 3 unit property in the Pennsylvania area. I was thinking of taking out a heloc on the property to take advantage of the increase in value of the property. Can anyone recommend a lender who does heloc s on investment properties. Thanks
