@Ali Boone Turnkey is the easiest route to take if there is such thing as a easy route to take. With that said no matter what strategy you use the market you pick seems to be the next important decision you have to make. Are there any that sticks out more than others

@Ali Boone I appreciate those articles. Lot of food for thought. I do feel that it would take me longer to reach my investing goals if I do turnkey. I envisioned perhaps doing 2 a year. Probably a little ambitious but I thought it was doable with the brrrr strategy. With turnkey I think it won't be possible

Justin, Becky, travis, austin, kyle. Appreciate all the advice and input. Gave me a lot to consider. kyle you mentioned turnkey. What is your opinion on that. Would you recommend it being that there's a lot of very old homes out there. Others please feel free to offer your opinions. Thanks

I'm new to investing and researching the best markets to look for my first deal. Someone suggested the Pennsylvania area, specifically Harrisburg. Wanted to get some feedback from the community. Thanks.

I am new to realestate investing. I plan to buy my first property before the year is out. I notice some turn key companies (norida, roofstock) Wanted some opinions on buying turnkey or buying and rehabbing myself. By the way I'm looking to invest outside my home state.
Thanks in advance friends.
