Hello all. I recently have been reading about unsecured loans. Investors have been using them to fully purchase or help in the process of buying rental properties. What are the strategies that some investors use when using these type of loans. Thanks

Hello friends. I heard on a podcast recently someone talking about investing in Syracuse ny. Was wondering has anyone invested there recently. How's the market there. Are there areas more desirable than others. Any feedback would be appreciated

I was thinking about using an unsecured loan to obtain a rental property. Are there anything I should be aware of before I obtain it. Is it wise to do so. I've only use conventional loans in the past so I'm a little gun shy. Thanks in advance

Brian that is what I'm trying to accomplish. How do you get your properties. The mls or through wholesaler. I started investing in 2020. And bought the 2 Investments through the mls. I know you don't get the best deals from it but that's my only source for now

Thanks for all the responses. I currently invest in the Harrisburg PA area. I would like to concentrate on b,c area's under 100k if possible.
