So many pro's and con's to a live in flip. If you can get over the pain in the rear factor of a live in flip, they can be great ways to build net worth. Sending you a PM!

Post: What do we think about investing in Fort Worth?

Given the market diversity and size, I think Fort Worth offers a little something for every type  of investor. As things progress, I could see a trend where investors that primarily focus on cashflow, begin looking in the areas and towns surrounding Fort Worth. The big question is, what are your goals and can the Fort Worth market help you achieve those?

@Jeffery Wireman exciting that you've taken the time to get educated and have the courage to act on that Information. Most people never get past the education phase, if they even get that far. Keep us posted on how things progress!

@Kory Devers welcome to BP! Many of us would not be where we are today without the help of this site. Getting the first deal done is always the most stressful, in my opinion. After that, acquiring larger properties and doing flips won't seem as out of reach.

Lots of opportunities here in TX, not only in some of the larger metro areas but also in the areas surrounding them.

@Pj Arora I personally think there are still opportunities out there for small mf properties that are personally owned and are too small for the syndicators. As stated above, these small mf's are scattered all throughout the DFW area. I would also start identifying opportunities in the outlying areas as well.

Hey @Yong Lai. I have someone I would personally recommend and will send over his information via private message. As others have stated, the upfront vetting of a PM is key. I know I have been on the receiving side of poor management and it can kill your business.
