You need to read and study SB1069. I think the time is now. With a zip code target marketing strategy It's a winner and very timely @Manuel D.. I'd be happy to meet with you anytime to discuss it. Not really looking for money at this time as I finance all my own deals. But when our marketing efforts take hold we could start seeing some volume looming. Feel free to private message me or call me anytime.

Contact the regulatory agency that oversees Mobile/Manufactured Homes. I think it's a branch of the DMV. Then find out if the so called contractor that ripped you off was even licensed as a Mobile Hoe Installer/contractor. If he is licensed file a complaint. If not you may be out of luck on that one.

Then ask them for a list of licensed, bonded and insured mobile home contractors. Any contractor worth their salt won't hesitate to submit a detailed line item bid on any work that needs to be done. If they don't want to then just say N E X T!!

"From their "CREST HOMES" would provide all necessary permit processing, site preparation, installation and construction related costs. Does anyone know of any companies that provide PreFab construction services that meet this criteria?"

Not quite sure how you're interpreting and/or extrapolating information from my message that give you that impression. The answer is absolutely not. As a licensed general and manufactured home contractor I am a strong proponent of going by the book.

Thanks @Dan H. In the overall scheme of things PreFab is the only way to go big or small. You will (or should) save $$$ in the long run unless your contractor's trying to stick it to you.

Thanks @JR M. I'm hoping I can find a local purveyor in order to cut down on shipping costs which can be expensive.

We've actually been doing ADU's for several years but mostly with Manufactured or Modular which are considered "Factory Built Housing". But I do see the PreFab niche taking over the construction industry in time. It's just a better way of building nowadays. Thanks for the reply @Dan H.
