@Season Price I do Rehabs/Flips in Western Maryland and was looking at these two products. Which app's data do you find to be more accurate / current? Also, what about PropStream makes you like their desktop version?
I have been using them for different things so I am not sure about how current they are. The reason I like the desktop version of Propstream better is because I can see the whole map and put in the specific things I am looking for.

Quote from @Austin Beveridge:
How accurate would you say the data from those two providers is? Is it usually up to date or is it typically a few weeks behind?
I have pulled the most data from Propstream and I have found it to be pretty accurate. I don't know how "real time" it is because I am usually using it to backup other information.

Hi. I am currently making calls myself, but I would like to free up that time by bringing someone on. I would like to hire someone, or use a company who is already trained to fill the interim between me not doing the calls as often, and hiring someone full time. Do any of you have any recommendations for a GOOD company that offers calling services, or a VA company I can hire from with minimal training needed while I am building training strategy for an in-house hire? Thank you.

@Russell Brazil thank you. What is your primary use for Propstream, if you don't mind me asking? I torn because I like the driving mode for Deal Machine over the Propstream driving mode, but I find myself using Propstream at my desk over Deal Machine.

@Chris Seveney are you primarily buying to hold, or are you also rehabbing? I've never thought about buying directly from them.

Hi. I am wondering if anyone is using Propstream and Deal Machine together? I have tried both, but I am trying to see if there is something I am missing by using one or the other. I'm primarily in the Maryland market, so bonus for anyone who is also in the DMV market. Thank you.

Post: Looking for advice: Rehab 95% done but ran out of money

Hi. I am in a pickle. I am at the end of a rehab in a good area, good school district, but I am at the last bit of work needed and I have run out of money. The property is listed, but the pictures show the work that needs to be done. We have had a lot of interest, but for the people with FHA (most of the community) we are running into issues. I'm not sure what to do. We had an offer for less than what we can take. We have had several people say they would be interested if we can get it to the finished line. More credit cards, or borrowing from family is not an option. We really are all tapped. This project put a hold on the other projects so there is no money coming in to even put towards the project. My agent and I have talked about billing the last things to the table, but for FHA applicants, that's not an option. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Hi. I bought a property on owner financing in the Stockbridge area. It's a one bed (used to be 2 bed) single wide on about an acre of land. It also has a pad I am thinking of renting to a tiny house or RV owner. Originally, I was planning to mid-term lease the primary hosue because I don't think a long term lease works out with the numbers. I am keeping my options open. I am also considering a lease to own. What are the pros and cons to either of those in that market? Thanks in advance.
