Hi. I am looking at mobile homes to invest in as rental properties. Specifically, I'm just looking at one for right now, and then I plan to move up to SFH. My questions are:

Am I looking at comps the same way I would be for SFH?

Is the market to high for investing in mobile homes right now?

Are there any specifics I should be looking at that are inherently related to mobile homes?

I've been noticing a lot of stop work tags on houses in the area within the last year. Does anyone know what's going on? 

Has anyone bought an investment property and then added sheds for storage or RV spots with hookup for extra income? I am looking at a property where this might be possible. Aside from permits and zoning, what are some other considerations I should think about or issues you might have run into? Thanks in advance.

Hi. I need a company that offers insurance for rehab properties during the construction. I saw a forum post about it a while ago, but I can't find it now. I am in the DC area. I would prefer a walk in location, but I am open to a remote company. Thanks
