Post: ONE SHARED SEPTIC ON TWO PROPERTIES

I've never encountered a situation like this, but from what I know about regular and "country" septic systems, you should probably have one septic per unit, based on occupancy limits (bed/bath). My concern would be why there weren't two put in when the first property was built? And why installing a separate one wasn't it addressed in the permit process of the third building? I'm not familiar with the codes in your area, but I would think the septic would have been brought up when building was taking place. I'm interested to hear what everyone else has to say about this.

I am looking for a list of lenders who use Vantage score over/with FICO. My Vantage score is in the mid 700s, but my FICO is in the low 600s. I am not a carrier of consumer credit, so I don't see anything changing anytime soon. I would like to be able to take advantage of my Vantage score, if possible.

Hi. I am looking for information on Vero Beach and Bullhead City. I am currently snowbirding in Bullhead City since I haven't been able to make it back to Maryland. I would like to know what the rehab and 1 year lease strategy looks like for both of these places since they seem to be snow birding communities. I've been looking at Vero Beach for over a year, so I am more interested in doing a project there, but since I am in Bullhead City, I figure I might look into doing something here. Thanks.

Thank you, guys.

@Chris Seveney the price and the houses fit my criteria. My home base is PG county, but I am looking for more 2/1 with the ability to put an RV pad down, and room to expand later.

Hi. I am looking at buying a rental property in the Cumberland area. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me a little information on how that area is doing. Thanks

I agree with @Carl Fredrickson. Maybe taking the carpet out, and putting up shelving and other obvious storage will make it unappealing for any other activities. This could be an option until you get a solid answer about whether you can add the extra height to the ceiling.

It's possible to move the mobile homes, but the two things I would be concerned about are the age of the home and the cost to move it. Usually, when a mobile home is being moved, it's being moved a long distance, so the cost is by the mileage. The person who you hire would have to probably price by the hour, which might not be worth it for you or them. If they still have the trailer frame on them, you might have an easier time finding someone with a big truck willing to do it for a reasonable price.

Hi, Kalvin. I'm not familiar with your neck of the woods, but I have built two tiny houses for personal use (stick, built block foundation, and shipping container), and looked into several communities when I was scouting land for my off grid projects. You might want to connect to some of the tiny home communities on Facebook, if you haven't already. I think there my be more of a concentration of information in those groups to help you if you are interested in looking into tiny houses. I'm interested to hear what comes of your research. Good luck!
