Hi Brian -
There is no cost to use that site -all free. We haven't tracked the % accurate but, do know it's a higher % than the common paid sites (i.e., Whitepages, Peoplesmart). If there is another site that has high return rate, I would love to hear more.. :-)

@Allen Bruce, we use www.findpeoplesearch.com which provides mobile numbers. Some are accurate, some are not but, have noticed it is one of the few that provides them.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko The Solo 401k plan does make better sense. Can you elaborate on the "exempt from UBIT tax on leveraged real estate" comment? I read this statement on another site indicating that UBIT is triggered when:
"For example, a real estate development or buying and selling a significant number of short-term real estate flips by an IRA will cause the assets of the IRA to be considered as inventory vs. investment assets. This will result in taxable income."
If my sole income is real estate gains from flipping, would I then have taxable income ? Or does placing it in the 401k vs. IRA eliminate that as a possibility?
Thanks!

@Marcus Nickson there are many online real estate brokers that allow you to work at your own pace and not require you to be in an office, etc. If you google "Online Real Estate Brokers", you will find many. Once I have my license, it will be ideal for me as I only want to buy / sell for my investment portfolio.

Hello -
Any referrals for a good DFW Real Estate Attorney who understands real estate inheritance laws?
Thank you in advance!

@Harrison Sharp, are you only looking for long-term investments? Any fix / flips?
