I am exploring Owner Financing as a business strategy.  However, I am unable to find any of the big banks who allow wrap around mortgages.  I am admittedly still learning so, in all my readings may have missed if other financing options exists.  

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

@Casey Kleinhenz, may I ask the name of your Property Management firm?  I am potentially going to need to hire one if I do invest in AR area.  Thank you!

@Alex Craig, any recommendations for a good real estate agent in Little Rock area?  I am looking to invest in the area and would love someone who has experience working with investors.  I would also need to hire a Property Manager.

Any recommendations for good wholesalers (not NWA)?  I am struggling to find properties in DFW area.  Cash buyer, excellent credit and ready to jump in but, I cannot move fast enough to secure properties, mostly because I still hold my day job.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thank you!

@Joe Villeneuve, thank you for sharing your expertise.  I am new to the game and this is by far the decision I have been struggling with the most.  Mostly because I want to leave Corp America sooner than later so hoping to accumulate cash flow quickly.  Quick question.  How do these refis impact your credit score?  I know multiple inquiries drive it down.  Thank you!

@Greg Downey, is the funding options similar to banks in terms of interest rates, points, etc.?  Prefer not to use Private Lenders / Hard Money for my rentals.  Yes, I currently have W2 income and outstanding credit.  I have not identified properties as of yet - putting together my financial plan first.

Any good REI Friendly Lenders in Dallas / Fort Worth area? This would be for Buy / Hold Rentals. I have large cash balance; however, would rather leverage and fast track purchase of rental properties. Need a lender who would consider rental income prior to 2 years history.
