@Jonathan M. Congrats on your new complex! First off, check out the landlord resources tab here on BP under tools and then services: https://www.biggerpockets.com/tools/landlord-resources! There are some useful property management softwares that would be perfect for you.
When it comes to leases, if you want a state specific lease I would check out Law Depot! They have some great documents for you at good prices - and you can use them multiple times over! Best of luck.

Everyone has had some good responses! Insurance is definitely a must these days especially with all of the natural disasters constantly going on! Also, requiring renters insurance is also a good thing to do to make sure you and your rental is safe - they can get plans that are as low as $15/month.

@Colin Sweeney There are lots of different ways to pay rent - online is definitely easier, but it depends on the demographic of your tenant. Younger millennials will probably be more into Venmo or PayPal, whereas older generations might still prefer checks or cash - you will just have to preface the fact that you will be moving in a year and see what they would like to do! It shows you are respectful and also have good communication as a landlord.
