Please don't waste your money on courses. Learn market comps, build a network of skilled trades, attend a few auctions to learn the sale and outbid process, learn how to monitor the auction inventory and schedule, identify the properties that meet your criteria, have your money needed to bid, have your money needed to close.

On the plus side, your property is close to mass transportation. Market that as an advantage and increase the price 20% :-)
