Unfortunately, in every line of business, there is always people trying to take short cuts and circumvent the system.

 Here's one from my city:

Somehow i dont think sending this type of guy an email reminding him his rent is 6 months late is going to result in anything.

" D-type dudes' lives matter."

That's how you sound, so that's how I joke.

EDIT: It's not so secret, now, huh? Really, people don't realize how many free resources are out there.

Moderators:

If I was too "hard" on that person, I apologize.

But, in my defense, I think he is a "ghost" account of someone banned here previously. Check his IP address out.

Answer this question, and this question only for me: is it still a "hood" due to people like YOU, or due to people like OP, and me?

 Im not interested in social justice.  I hate to see people flush good money down the toilet.  Not rocket science.

I didn't mention "social Justice." You did. I asked was it still a hood due to YOU, or to me? I think you know the answer. It wouldn't be flushed down the toilet if YOU were more like ME. I am not a rocket scientist, just a former computer scientist.

Done. I think the point is finally made.

Sometimes just putting down on paper (on in a forum) is all it takes to see the answer right in front of you.
I was tempted to not even post after I read it to myself and saw the answer was obvious but figured I took the time to write it so it was worth posting

 It was a good read. It is beneficial to remind yourself of your plan, I guess. You had to remember "you don't hate money."

This is not a Section 8 issue. You would have got tricked whether that property was the Taj Mahal or a hobo shack. The previous owner at best was going to make sure they got their security deposit out of the tenant, and at worse planned on skipping out on the last month or two all along.

When money changes hands, then goods, receipts, invoices, contracts, etc. should change hands also.

A nice pot of chili

sink = before

toilet = after

What I learned from the Bigger Pockets of credit, www.creditboards.com, is to actively work on repairing credit with a SECURED CREDIT CARD. Have her look into this.
