The position duties include: answering phones and taking leads from sellers, researching and performing due diligence on residential properties, property walk-thru’s and repair estimating, making offers, negotiating and completing contracts, deal processing, communicating with attorney or closing agent, communicating with our project manager.

At Swell Real Estate Investments, Inc we are currently growing very quickly and seeking a Head of Acquisitions to head up our real estate expansion efforts.
Your most important asset will be a no excuses attitude toward getting projects completed effectively and efficiently, along with an infinite passion for personal growth and learning how entrepreneurs start and run businesses. Your ability to effectively take ownership of your department and proactively add value will make you an ideal candidate for the position. You will need to be comfortable on the phone as well as in person as you will be talking and negotiating with sellers often. There will be office and field work needed and an ability to estimate repairs on most of the properties we get in.
