Me and my wife have been wholesaling and flipping houses in Tallahassee fl for 2 1/2 years. We've done over 30 transactions. We came out with the app so that we could spell out what real estate wholesaling as a business is like. This is so you don't have to spend $1000's of dollars with gurus and don't get told the full picture. It's a free app and it guides you through what we do. I'd like some constructive feed back. Bear in mind this is the way we do it and it is meant for newer investors. As you progress you will find your own way. Good luck.

one thing I've got to let you know is that they charge $20 on the door or there's a yearly membership so bear that in mind.
