@Jeffrey De Los Santos, have you tried Civic Financial, LendingHome and others like them? They have rental loans with 6% interest rates, which isn't great, but also is way better than 12%. You should also post the property on the BP Marketplace.

@Steve Kang, you can also email any title firm with the city the property is in, purchase price and loan amount, and they should be able to give a quote. I do it all the time for my clients.

I'd go the attorney route. You can talk to a human about what is important to you in a lease, and then you will have that template going forward, and a contact that can help you with more complex issues.

blumberg.com has ny leases on them. You do need to pay for it though. Or you can pay an attorney for the first one, and then always have it with you moving forward.

@Mike Adams how was the contract written up? Is there a provision for you to delay? Your attorney should be fighting for you on this point, and should have protected you beforehand in the contract.
