also looking in this area and @Sid Payne was awesome enough to send me good info. I'm actually seeing alot of reasonable stuff in Windsor hills from 200-250 now the problem is finding a full service property manager...hope to be headed down that way soon to see some in person!

Would someone who has airdna see how does orlando looks on there please :-)?

call me ignorant but why the hell are 13 million venturing into the Tennessee mountains!?

Thanks sid. Anyone else?!

Hi All,

I've received some great info on these forums after the wife and I decided we would like a rental place in Florida. I think Windsor hills seems like a great place in Orlando and I really want to start directly calling property management companies to get rates for someone to manage our potential place. Can anyone help me with a short list of a few you've worked with, found helpful or heard of?

Really really appreciate it

Tom

sounds good, i'll give a few a try! Assuming most charge 10-20%?

@Chai Xiong thanks for the info! Do you recommend any management companies in the area / any idea of the rates?

So i posted in another thread about property management in a particular community i was looking at in southern florida, and after looking in the community I was a bit underwhelmed, and have decided to expand my search. I think the better question for me and many of us here  is what is the BEST property management company in southern florida for someone looking to do turnkey rentals. The trends our obviously in our favor (retirement, tax free income etc). As we think more about communities who has the best management for us to consider helping us out? What do these companies include?

Thanks in advance!

thanks all for the responses! Sounds like 20% is more reasonable than i thought...
