Hey @Brad Chandler I totally agree with building a team method, for Dacia having a brokerage vs a team is like creating the wheel vs the wheel already being in place all you have to do is incorporate your plan into the structure. For Brad how did you build your team to do 800 transactions and how big is your team?

Hey @Dacia Bell I own a real estate group under DBA with Keller Williams Realty, I've been working on Branding my group The TDJ Group www.tdjgroupdc.com and taking steps on building my team. It's pretty easy to do once you get started company name, website, marketing etc.

Good Day, DC agent here looking to network with investors/ rehabbers, I'm new to the forum but I been in real estate for years as an investor and now agent. I work the Capitol Hill region of the city and see many opportunities these days. I talk to sellers all the time and have some insight on properties before they hit the market. Again eager to network with professionals in the area...

Me personally I run a team on Capitol Hill out of Kw office, I don't do any work for them I'm 100% independent, the only time I come to the office is when I need to use the conference room or make copies. I'm mostly in the street meeting sellers. The commission split isn't too bad because its on a scale 50/50 on first 6 deals, then 70/30, then you go to 100% after you reach your office cap other fees do apply but all very minimum.
