I bought a home and renovated it and sold. It took me more than a year between Purchase, Renovate and Sell. Still got some profit.

What would be my tax rate? 

Long term capital gains or short term capital gains?

I called a towing company, who has a required licenses to tow the unauthorized vehicle.

Looks like they come and put the notice for at least 24hrs,  before towing.

My tenants have informed me that, there is a car in the parking lot for the last one week, none of the tenants own the car. I called the cops and they came and checked. They said it is not a stolen car, so we don't do anything as it is on a private property. They told to tow it.

What are my next steps to Tow the car away from there?

I see lot of people talking about the rent being  either 1% of the sale price, 50% of the rent going to PI.

Iis it more appropriate for a 30 year loan?

Is going to 30 year loan best for rental propeties?
