@Scott C. and @Nicole A. did you find that there was much of a price difference between similar lower end neighborhoods in Baltimore City and Dundalk? Is there less investor competition there? Do you find it's easier to invest in Dundalk than Baltimore City from a legal or regulatory standpoint?

Hello Everyone!
I'm a newbie to real estate investing and have become interested in mobile home investing. Are there any mobile home investors here on BP that buy and sell or buy and hold in Maryland, preferably near the surrounding Baltimore area? How's has your success been so far? What have been your biggest lessons in mobile home investing? What would be your advice to new mobile home investors?
